The 214H buff is actually insane... we'll be hearing complaints. Kinda funny you ended it by saying "bug" and they still havent fixed the visual glitch 😂

I honestly despise cell max. He’s a bumbling OP idiot. The thing that makes Cell so awesome is how outrageously intelligent he is. He took advantage of every character he interacted with, was able to mimic every move he saw, and that’s what makes cell such an awesome and intimidating villain. Cell Max just shits all over that
