Yes, the reason I ran back so much at the start was because my weapon could not reload due to a bug, which required me to retreat to cover and manually reload via Drag and Drop. Quick tip: Bind a Magazine to your hotbar to prevent this in the future, and hold that number key to reload to it in emergency and bypass the bug!
