What I’m about to tell you is not because of this particular video, like I said, I’ve been watching your videos for hours and I must say that I’m very worried about you. I noticed you eat a lot of frozen meat. Are you aware of how those frozen meats gets to Ghana? Do you know how long it stays in shipping containers before it gets to Ghana? Do you know what those animals are fed and what is injected in them before getting to Ghana? I’m sad because I know you probably don’t know. You also buy a lot of those artificial seasonings in the market. Do you know exactly what’s in those seasonings? Remember that you live in a country where the leaders don’t care about their citizens and will take money from anyone who’s willing to pay to have the so called “FDB” to approve anything that comes to the country. Please do me a big favor and not buy them anymore because it’s not good for your health. You live in a country where you have access to fresh seasonings. Please blend your onions, ginger and your garlic like you do and just add salt and your food will taste fine. Anything else you’ll add that you don’t know the source could be harming you gradually. You’re a beautiful young lady. It will be sad for you to get sick before you even get older. The health system in Ghana is very poor, the leaders have made it so, it’s better for you to take very good care of yourself by eating right because once you get sick, no one cares there. Your family will spend all they have but you won’t get good care. So, I pray you read this message and take it very serious. Also, there’s nothing in white bread. Eating white bread gives you more problems. Try and buy wheat bread instead. Please try and find a bakery that bakes good wheat bread and buy from them. The supermarket wheat bread doesn’t have enough wheat in it. I believe your video popped up on my feed because I was meant to tell you these painful truths. So please take it serious. You’re doing a great job. I’m going to continue watching the rest of your videos.
