Hey, Ondo! I hope you are having a great one! For damaged hair I really suggest you to schedule a hair routine with these advices: - Brush your hair very gently starting from the ends and going up to roots - Before washing it, you can use a cheap conditioner 10 or 20 minutes before shower (it can be a different conditioner than the one you use after shampoo). This is called "pre-shampoo" - Use shampoo just in the scalp and hair roots, not mid, not ends - Always use conditioner from mid to ends (except if you use hair mask and you feel you don't need to use conditioner) - After shower, use a leave-in and scalp tonic for hair growth - Use hair oil 2 or 3 times daily - Before going to sleep: Brush your hair, use hair oil and use a satin pillow case or sleeping cap (starting here, you'll see the biggest and fastest difference) - Avoid using hot tools so often, if you need to do it, always use thermoprotector You can use treatment masks for hidrating, nourishing and repairing once per week (suposing a month has 4 weeks, you can use hidrating masks twice, nourishing and repairing masks once. It is not necessary to use conditioner after those if you fell the same sensation than conditioner. It is very important to drink a lot of water and if you want to do some hair styling as permanent, you need to make sure you are not using products with formaldehyde. 2 years ago, my hair was really damaged and now it is very strong, shinny, silky and healthy. I know all these advices can seem too much in the begining, however once you create the habit, I can assure you it won't be that hard. Thank you for all your relaxing videos. Lovely.

I live in america and I'm alil jealous I really want to try, fish shaped buns and hottoken. We don't have anything like that where I live tho. They look so good and the crispy sounds they make. Greeny is so cute. Try adding a little milk in your eggs before you mix it. Then cook it in butter instead of oil. Then add a pinch of salt. They'll be fluffy and really flavorful 😊

저는 젠틀맥스로 했고 가격은 의료정보법 때문에 유튜브로는 알려드리지 못하지만 ㅠㅠ루비레이저가 효과가 좋다고 하더라고용..! 귀 얇은 저는 상담 받고 바로 진행해서 젠틀맥스로 하긴했는데😂😂이것도 만족하긴 한데 약간 남아있어서 한번 더 해야할 것 같아요!
