17:45 when taking cookies out of an oven, use a spatula, something you can scoop them up with. Using tongs will rip them apart. Also, marshmallows EXPAND when baked. They will stretch cookie dough, or any dough, every time. You need to leave room for them to grow and expect that from marshmallows 😊

The cookies look so good! But just a suggestion, when I make smores cookies, I usually don't wrap the cookie dough completely and leave a slight gap at the top! That way it doesn't burst through completely, and also browns really nicely on the top.

You have to be careful of pickpocket (they are everywhere especially in Paris since there are a lot of tourists) Paris is such a beautiful city to visit, there are so many things to see and to experience there but be careful of your belongings!!
