Is thst only for a plot. Seriously? There people with that kind of money to burn?
Are they built on a 1/4 an ecre land or 50 by 100?
Is there house to let ? And at how much?
Why is very expensive? 10m that is two houses in Kiambu
Why do y'all exaggerate prices like this. Does it have to be this expensive seriously? The place is beautiful and the houses but no way I can buy just a plot for 10 million.

Hello Benjamin, the plots are 1/4 acres and are going for Ksh 10M.
Very old/archaic architecture.
My plot was for 5 million in 2013

I always admired it while going to visit my site in Oak park estate in kenyatta rd though singefika bei.. my query though you said you bought it in 2013 for 5m yet they say it was founded in 2014 going at 4m ..unatucheza . Anyway we neighbour's 😆 🤣
