I enjoy the videos as they are consistent, relatable and informative, the quality is top-notch and the videos are always entertaining. i watched an episode of the real Countryfile and I also found that very good

I watch because I learn so much and it reminds me of so much

Always interesting and varied , a bit like the middle of Lidl where you never know what will show up. Just the right length with good commentary and no horrid background music. Keep it up Olly.

The black and red David Brown is probably the best colour combination in my opinion just something about them

I like how the videos are everyday and I don’t think people actually realise how much work that is to make the videos for a start and while doing all your other day to day jobs so big respect for that Olly

Love the Browns! Have an 880 and had a 1494 and a 1210.

Good video I think the videos are interesting because of the different machinery and various jobs on the farm and the mishaps of real life because everything is not straight forward 👍👍

Love the vlogs, it's a full variety of a British farmer, from the machines, to the land, the problems and the solutions, keep up the great videos

Evening. Loved the DB museum had 8 of them when I started on the farm/ red 990/ 2/995s / 2/1210s 4WD/ 1390/1490/1690 all 4WD. Most of them replaced with 94series in 85/86 I had the 1494 the same as the one you liked mine was also B.reg. Then onto case ih after that. Keep up the good vlogs 👍🏻

I like the fact you explain things, like the effect weed grasses have on wheat development, your honesty in showing everything and the way you explain and argue about agriculture's problems (I really look forward every day to watch it 👏)

The reason why we I watch is you because you are honest true great guy enjoy what you do enjoy farming brilliant content with your videos great work 👏

We used to have a 995 and a 880 to very neat tractors the 995 had rear duals and a fronting loader on our family farm both purchased brand new and they did a lot of hours

Great videos as usual and it’s good to see the things that occasionally go pear shaped it happens we’re all human, The David brown 990 always looks fab fond memories for me driving one in my teens, best video is the Bateman 👌

I like your honesty and cheerful outlook, every day is interesting as you're living the life I would've picked if I'd had my time over again. 🙂

Just enjoy watching your daily videos every one is different and interesting so I don’t have a favourite but look forward to my daily fix so thanks Olly for your hard work providing us with an insight to your working week.

The farm where you catch the shuttle bus for the royal Welsh show has a line six or so of old David browns wil mid Wales

Your videos are like a tv soap, once you start you need to watch every day😀 joking aside the length of 8-10 mins works for me daily. The content is interesting and varied.

I enjoy all the videos and can't wait to see the combine working

All videos are just true farming the costs the time break downs bit of down time and family time. Keep at it Olly

I like your videos for the simple honestly sometimes things get messed up but you get on with it. And it’s OK not to be 100% today I definitely feel 70%

Interesting vlog Olly (as always) I’m about 90% today. It’s my one day off a week so I’m good. As for what I like about your vlogs - basically, they are nice and short with a lot compacted in. You tell it as it is, no jumping around or shouting or getting over excited about things. I’m not a farmer and I knew feck all about farming but I won’t miss an episode of yours - there’s always something different each day. You are a fantastic ambassador for your industry - keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏼

90% today. The lego block wall look great and you would never guess it is a block of concrete with stone slips glued on. Some of those DB tractors are amazing. Fave video of the week was visiting Tom Pemberton and the visit to Cornthwaites. I'm sure their yard is getting bigger 😂

Seeding with 936 was cool. Proper farming. Like the regularity of your videos, sim down, cup of tea and get it on

Great video olly, nice david browns, Hope the spray worked, best video was yesterday's with the fendt on the drill. 98%.

New

We had an 1290 & 1490 on x plates new with a grant scheme. The 1490 lasted 2 years and was replaced with a international 885xl on an A plate. Looks a nice tour. 👍

Been to tractor show at Malvern today. Some really mint David browns there. A really nice class columbus combine there, think it was 1965 sold new by Mann's. Then bought back in by Mann's in 1985, resprayed class green and sold to Oliver walston for doing trial plots used for only one year the barn stored untill it was purchased by somebody from Shrewsbury couple of years ago

First tractor I drove on my own was a 990. The first tractor I steered sitting in my dads knee was a Massey Ferguson 165. You’ve been a busy man today Another great video matey. I watch cos you cover everything even the mistakes. You a very honest and informative person which you don’t get very often now.

I whatch your videos the different content the honesty you betray, and not afraid to put your opinions out there.The support you give to other communities to show that farming is a difficult job with crop growing or not,they do not always come out of the ground!? You are a true ambassador for agriculture 🤠🇦🇺

Sneaky little devils!! They sent you the unofficial class photo!! I knew they were up to something! The reason I love that you show everything is that it makes you a great teaching resource. I like you. You answer my awkward questions and don't tell me to fudge off. You never switch off, which I can relate too. I like seeing your crops growing and hearing about them. I like how you tell the general public about the issues affecting agriculture. Nobody else seems to be fighting our corner. Your work for mental health and speaking about suicide openly is good for everyone too.

Stuck a video of my trip down to the dbtc museum on my channel phils 1694 sounds well on it and the 4wd 1594 there was on an aftermarket turbo on it whistles lovely coming between the buildings

I enjoy the real farming that you show. Especially the arable crops information because I can use it in my sessions with my students at Myerscough College 👍

An american here. It’s beginning to dawn on me that you englishmen built all our tractors over here or had a lot of input on their designs. So, thank you for the tractors and english bulldogs ( the most beautiful dogs on earth ).👍

Excellent local everyday farming life. Good and bad. Spoken British Emglish not the other one. Good diverse content keeps me and wifey alert waiting for the next installment. Sound could be more consistent though.

Good to see something a bit different at the David Brown club today Olly. I know you have a ton of stuff on at the moment but I hope you get back to diversification Sunday at some point, it was my favourite feature 🙂

Bought a 1971 narrow DB780 for £398 in 1984. Pulled like a train. Got a Foreloader for it at a farm sale for £110 a few years later. Only real job I had to do was a new clutch - and local ag college did that for a consideration. Sold it a couple of years ago for nearly £3k and the guy who bought it has done a fantastic renovation - looks mint. Only thing I don't miss is getting on and off it. Down here in Kent used DB were always cheap as everyone wanted Red or Blue Tractors.

Just came across your channel from watching Tom pem, and absolutely love your vids, just powering through your playlists now 😅🚜 awesome content and a great insight to the arable side of farming, keep up the amazing work 👌👌👍

Our David Brown engineer has a 1394 in the black and red colour scheme. Borrowed our plough and field to give it some work and flush out any problems. Not a bad tractor to use pulled the plough well but prefer the grunt of the 1690.

I love watching your videos cause its a true day in the life of a farmer, and your a cool guy too, and you always interact with your viewers 👍 Question for you, how many fields do you work and how many variety's of crops do you plant/harvest ?

50 odd fields perhaps never counted to be honest

all the videos are good factual and with 10 - 20 minutes here show more than hours with the BBC and so on likewise with the real country file

The time ye took the gearbox off the muck spreader⚒🔨 I said that ye were really genuine and honest showing the good, the bad and the ruthless!😉

I think you should paint the wheels on the seed drill black mate, fendt is black with red wheels and obviously the drill is red so black wheels would complete the look maybe 🤷‍♂️

Erik is based out of Abu Dhabi not Dubai, it is like saying he from Manchester if you live in Liverpool. What I like is you show the complete deal even if I can’t work out who owned what or works for who or if you are one farm or a collective. I also like Chester and the fact you generally answer messages. I was 100% until City scored, but still a great year for the reds

Great video olly the museum was great I love all your content doesn’t matter what it is but anything to do with machinery I think when you do the 1690 you should video the rebuild

What i love about your channel, to put in simple terms there's no bull***t. what you do i see, and to be honest I have never met you and given my location (Ireland) I probably never will but it feel like your someone I know when your talking. Possible the biggest thing I love most is the stats you give! how much fuel it takes, how much something costs and what you sell it at, even down to the man hours on the marquee. I'm not totally sure why but your very easy to relate to even though I have absolutely no farming background. I feel I understand everything you say and if I don't I ask here and so far you have always replied, could never understand why trailer tyres where the wrong way round and you sorted that for me. Told you already but I'll say it till the cows come home, I genuinely look forward to your videos every evening and they always lift me up no matter what. Your a bit like coffee 😂😂😂
