This the THE concert song! They wrote this song to be played at their concerts and the lyrics are about seeing them live and having a beautiful time together. I was lucky to hear it live once before abd I certainly had the time of my life

Yes, I had the honor to witness this live as well on their tour in January. It was pretty magical, although Best Part was my overall biggest highlight of that concert

Yeah a day 6 reaction is an automatic like before watching the video

I think the reason you focus on the vocals so much is because they are more of a vocal focused group. One interesting video to watch would be “intro to Day6: How the band was Formed” by Wonpilates to get an idea of why the vocals are usually heard first. Three of them were actually training to be in idol groups first. Also, I think the way the studio versions turn out makes their vocals more prominent than the instruments. I actually think they sound a little better live.

this song is their breakthrough! of course they have more good songs before this but this era was when like more people started noticing them and they finally got their first win on music shows! plus this is a whole different experience during concerts! aaahhh thank you for always giving Day6 love!!!

I always describe them as bittersweet. Like you said the songs can sound happy or uplifting but the lyrics are so beautiful written. There are my go to music if I feel low.

The song “Dance dance” the title itself is not sad song. lol they said they make the song just to change things a bit. a fun song to listen to with a small portion of reggae.

It does give me an anime opening ish feel. I see it as friends having fun one last time in a festival before they leave on their separate ways, and moving on from something, having the time of their lives.
