I just want to start off first that of course different people have different taste in music but not to sound rude or anything.. you guys should've not posted this reaction if you guys are not into bands and if you would just give a mediocre review. I know that a lot of people in the comments must be pressuring you or you guys may have seen A LOT of comments that you guys should react to Day6 but you know lets but honest you guys know your taste and maybe you're not into bands, I get that and I respect that but knowing that you should not have posted that if this was just your reaction. You guys know well that MyDays (Day6's fans) would expect a good reaction because you guys posted it. Lets be more transparent and honest to future reactions to your subscribers. If you guys don't vibe with the songs that other groups or bands are making then don't post your reaction to it if you don't want others to judge you. righttt, calling it fake is crazy especially when Dowoon rarely uses electric drums and it's only used here because he's in a small room where if he used normal drums, the sound would overpower the other instruments unless they put a divider over the drums like how they usually do on their practice. But obviously, they can't do that on a proper official video since the drummer still needs to be in sight. And electric drums are still real, when the drummer plays it, it makes sounds. Did they think it's fake because it was electric and assumed that it was creating the sound from random hits lmao. The only big difference electric drums have compared to normal drums is its sound control.

y'all need to expand ur music taste if ts is teenager music to you. i respect your opinions and all but imo this kind of music should be respected. the instrumentation goes crazy

Teenager music? Funny thing is looking at tgeir demography statistics on melon their audience are mostly 20 and 30 years old. Teenager are only 8% of their fans (on the second biggest streaming site in Korea)

@@TakittixD and even without the statistics, most people on myday twt are in their 30s who have their life outside of fangirling, I'm part of the 8% of teenager fans and I can rarely find someone on myday twt who's around my age. Even when you go to a day6 concert or festival, there's a variety of people coming there from 20's, 30's and some parents even come there just to enjoy their music lol. To say that is it "teenager" music is so funny to me cuz day6 is one of those groups in Korea where their music are known to be timeless and are great to listen to regardless of your age. But ig it's just not their type of music and I respect that, but definitely could've been worded better.

I get the teenager and disney comments cuz thats all they probably know about bands but it doesn't need to be hard rock or metal to be "adult music", is like saying jazz is for kids because is soft, soft rock doesnt mean is "another american boy band". You may not like it but calling it teenager or disney is just diminishing day6 as professional singers. Also, Korean adults in general are into ballads, soft rock bands, and special type of voices, which they have. Different perspective thats all.

Day 6 is one the best groups in kpop

Day6 are a kband under JYP! They debuted in 2015 with the song "Congratulations"! Their fans are called Myday! They write and compose all their own music and are widely regarded as having a perfect discography! They're honestly so underrated! (also, when they debuted- there was originally 6 members, but the 6th left during their first year. For most of their career they have had 5 members. In 2021, one of the members, Jae- left JYP. The band has also been on hiatus for a while due to members completing their military service. Finally in 2024 they're back!)

I think they said it is like a teenager rock and music. It's because nowadays band, pop rock, instrumental music that are more softer are seeying like teen. Because trap rap are seen more as a sexy adult vibe. Like emo music punk rock It's seem as a teen vibe like paramore, mcr, avril lavigne. I guess it gives this vibe nowadays. Because bands are not seen a lot, and usually other music styles with rap and trap have that strong image. But if you see day6 lyrics they are not rated. But have such a deep meaning. That's why most of the fans are like 20 something or 30+. I'm a 31 woman and day6 gives me sometimes that emo vibe with songs with lyrics that touch you and make you really vibe with your feelings. Day6 music aren't like those songs to show off and have the strongest image. I think day6 music is more like coldplay, maroon 5, the script. This kind of vibe that it's not seen nowadays. It kind of went down nowadays. There isn't as much band and live instuments like it was in 2000. It's a shame sometimes. Because most of actual songs are just made in computer. Like it's nice to have all instruments it gives such a different energy.

imo, they truly shine in their bsides, specifically in their slower songs. their discography is actually so vast and amazing i truly hope you guys check it out in your own time. they can go CRAZY. they're from jyp and are also the most popular kband in the market. day6 is in my top 5 for one of my most favorite idol groups in the kpop industry. thanks for this reaction and for your guys's thoughts on them! edit: this comeback was actually their first after quite a while, because they just got back from mandatory military service :)
