no not really; it’s more to do with his singing style than his pronunciation not being accurate. he sings this way in english too. also, jae’s korean is really good despite not being native speaker level.

@@mushroomseason That's right. he sound just like a native speaker. It's just that he doesn't know difficult words and he's not good at writing. I don't know how to express it in English, but he rolls his pronunciation round when he sings. It feels like singing Korean like English. Korean singers like Bol4 and Crush also have this singing style. Anyway It doesn't sound like Japanese at all lol

Jae lived in America and Young K/Brian (his stage name and his English name) lived in Canada so they learnt Korean afterwards hence why their Korean sounds like what you pointed out aha

Thank you for reacting to Day6! Their 1st album The Day and 2nd album Daydream were both SO good. I love every song on both albums. Jae is also really funny. He is a host on After School Club with Kevin Woo from U-KISS and Jimin from 15&.

actually their korean pronounciations are very much accurate, i honestly dont know why the reactors kept pointing out their articulation. I feel like they were stuck on the jrock-like sound and thought day6 were singing in japanese lol

I am sooooo happy that you reacted to Day6 they're so underrated (you can watch their song Congratulations or Letting go they're amazing) thnk u for your reactions boys :)

They did went out broadcast last comeback with the Letting Go.. and also before this.. they debuted as 6 members with the song called Congratulations but after the scandal news.. one of the member had to leave the group and then left with 5 members with the song Letting Go... try and listen to both of these songs.. they're really talented and they made their own songs.. :)

They are like band idols, sometimes they promote and sometimes they just do actual concerts.

I agree that when I first heard the song it did sound like anime song and I think that was what attracted me towards it. I also think that if they wanted to they could easily market the song in the Japanese market by just changing the lyrics into Japanese which isn't a bad move either seeing as idols are promoting overseas lol

They did release it on the 6th Korea time :) and they will continue to release a new song on the 6th of each month for the rest of 2017. Anw, great reaction. Keep it coming! Day6 needs more love haha

Nice reaction, check out their other MVs & the tracks on their albums are really good too! This year they will be releasing songs every month☺ Just some random info.. JYP does fully support them, but like you said the members & the agency both don't want them to be promoted as "idols". They don't get the typical idol promotions, but they promote in other ways like buskings, performing on festivals, a lot of radio shows, etc.. The members want to slowly catch people's attention with their music & not variety skills. They also don't go on music shows because they don't want to handsync.

I think David's referring to metal and stuff like that which I used to listen to pretty avidly when I was younger. Nowadays I listen to a whole wide variety of rock from The Beatles to twentyone pilots. I'd really like to nerd out on rock music in future video, if you guys would enjoy that lemme know! -Dan
