Yup-been there. Sometimes if you let the stuff sit in your cart a week or so its easier to decide if you actually need the items, once you resist the urge for instant gratification.

Btw told you, I have the same birthday- but I'm 23 x 3. It's just a number. Change your mindset & you'll be just fine.😉

Everyday I’ve been reminding myself what I really want ! I have a bit of FOMO with Black Friday sales right now but somehow now I have a scale in my head - and getting back to Japan keeps weighing more !! The vlogging definitely helps as well
