The Thomas and Percy in this video are some of multiple replicas built by the Strasburg Railroad and are based there. They tour the US and Canada on a yearly basis.

I believe the animatronic face on Percy is a bit broken here, he doesn't move his eyes or his mouth, he just *stares*
