Really love the way you train. You are very good at what you do and your patient. I love it and I’ve seen a lot of videos and a lot of trainers and I’ve known a couple trainers you are a top tier trainer😊
You’re a wonderful teacher and trainer
My heart was in my mouth at the end! He really considered exploding .... or at least it looked like it! Just goes to show you have to feel it too! It is a joy to watch you work Sam. I am really looking forward to seeing more of the palomino, he was watching all the action i bet!! 😂 x

Have been grateful for four years that you continue to share your videos. I learned everything I know about successfully starting my horse through thoroughly studying your roulette series. He's turned into the most beautiful, solid horse because of you. Love from the UK ❤
This is so exciting! Luckiest mustang and he doesn’t even know it yet ❤

Thrilled about this series! I've watched you a Long Time! You've really honed your Gifts!! I have had a 4-H project in North Lake Tahoe since 1988 last horse property on the North Shore We were given a wild born Chincoteague Pony, 5 yrs old, untrained with entrenched dangerous behavior She's now just a Gem! I'll look forward to sharing this series in our program Thank You for being So Generous to share your work 🐎🐎
You're doing great things Sam.
It is so heartwarming to watch the very beginning building trust and that first touch . Horses are such curious creatures truly wanting to be your friend vs foe . Sam know I will be rooting for you in the next Mustang Competition .
You should sell some of those VanFleet Mustang shirts! They're gorgeous!

Sam being patient is the key. You have patience. The Mustang is in tune with you. Sam you're a great trainer. I like your approaches towards the Mustang.
He is so handsome. It has been a while, so good to see you as well Sam.
HELLO SAM looking good 😊
He is such a pretty horse!

Awesome work, Sam! He's a smart horse. Bet he learns quickly! Jo in Michigan 🌊
We adopted a Mustang and a Burro in the 70's.
Can't wait to see what you do !!!
Excellent.
Sam, I'm sure you wonder, are folks really interested in your work with the mustangs. I want to assure you absolutely!! The personality of each horse is so different and it really shows. I've said this before, your personal strength with these horses is so helpful to me when I'm stressed out. I've got to start donating to you so I will look at what you have. Your videos are very nice stress release.
I love that your doing this series. Great job, great video and keep up the good work 👌👍
❤Good❤

Marvelous Sam . 8:42 was that a bit dangerous ? I don't have a clue on horses .
By the end he was totally “just leave me alone lady” 😂

He was like where's the hay. I'm hungry and there isn't anything in that hand of yours. Lol
I love your training sam!! I'm so excited to get an untouched mustang next year and I have one that I'm saddle training right now, but you are amazing!!!
Where are you looking - what are your eyes focusing on as you apply pressure and release? Do you ever/have you ever tried to close your eyes briefly when a horse gives you two eyes?
Chestnust is a great one for a competition
His body language worries me a couple of times. I thought he was going to get aggressive. You are so good at reading these horses. :)
If he was mine, I'd start with sitting in the middle of the pen and wait for him to come see me....and at feeding times I'd use extra...lots of extra molasses...and let him see I've got "treats"... I've broke yearling thoroughbreds this way...and when its saddle breaking time, i let the horse play with an saddleover night..and i never rush the process...i also groom standing on a muck bucket so the young horse is used to me being above his head.... I've never had a problem with this...only breaking problems I've had were those riders who decided to "cowboy" on my horses after i got all ground work and early riding done..as they thought as i was going too slow in the process!...2 guys got busted up by 2 of those horses...sad..
Clem! Let me pet your horses 😭😭
How do you move them to a different pen at this stage in handling?
Don't afraid teacher he is white in front
Everybody in the horse community thinks they’re experts. 😂
