@@nancynyaboke3992 liquid parafin is different from kerosene parafin.... liquid parafin is like glycerine you can get it from a drug store or supermarket.....It is also recommendable for someone suffering from constipation.

If the Jiko temperatures go too high; you remove the reflector above it or reduce the number of jikos. If it goes too low then you restart it. Its efficient to use charcoal or brickets to run the jiko
