Pickles don’t require refrigeration but always use a clean utensil to retrieve the pickles so you don’t contaminate them with germs.

Yes some do, Any jar in the stores cooler section and even Bicks and Vlasic say refrigerate after opening, not sure what brand you have where you are.

Nope pickles do not need refrigeration even after they are open. They survive in pickle barrels all the time. Love the bike❤

Canadian Tire has some decent bikes at a fair price. Just make sure you look everything over. Tighten nuts and bolts, and check to make sure the cables are properly adjusted.

🥒 In my local market, pickles, sit in a big barrel, that is not plugged in with any cord in front of the deli counter😊 as long as you eat them within a few days (5/6) and the van is not too hot. It should be fine…. I run a hurricane FEMA shelters for a living and our pickles are usually OK! Because we never have electricity😂👍🏻👍🏻

My town’s public library (Ontario) has a “lending library”. It’s basically a few cabinets that have various items to borrow. Crockpots, DVD players, and of course… small tools. Does your local library have something like that? It would be better to check before dropping another $60 at Crappy Tire for an item you’ll only need once.

Consistent cycling will get you into moderate shape fairly quick. But the key is consistency. I dialed it back a bit because my thighs were starting to get a little too buff🤣

Sourdough makes really good grilled ham n cheese or tuna too..then dip in ranch..yumm...Mathew PLEASE get both of you helmets for bike riding. Helmets work when fit correctly :-) :-) Its what saved my noggin when we were hit n run on our motorcycle. Still got a brain injury but it would have probably crushed my noggin without it. Have short term memory now. Telling you because we love you both.

Matthew, with your new bike, you might want to ride in the park and build up your stamina to 30 minutes to 60 minutes…. It will work on your legs, back …. It’s good to practice and build up….

I did that same starter replacement and had to use like 2 extensions and a swivel to get to that bolt up top, lol.

Oh Gosh, now you need a phone mount for the bike, so you have both hands free to maneuver! Glad the wiring worked out for the jeep lights, I was about to panic. God bless Matthew & Penny!

Hi Matt! I leave my pickles out all the time! I rather them at room temperature, so I never refrigerate them! I have never gotten sick! 😋

Great video as always, in regards to spicy (sauces etc.), put some honey/maple Syrup/sugar on it and it is much smoother on the palate, that's why sweet chilli sauce works...lol...sweet with the spicy, I find lime juice works too.

WOW look at you Matthew...went from a hobby where you sit on yours loins to one wher one can get out in the great outdoors and get fresh air AND exercise👍🏻 🤜🤛 👏👏👏 WIN WIN

Yum... and have you tried it in the oven with olive oil? Leave in long enough to get a little char on it, very good.

You should keep a portable air-compressor in Grace for topping off the tires. The 12v types almost always come with different tips so you can also inflate bicycle tires, basketballs, floaties, etc. IMO, it's much better than using the gas station pumps.

Don't make the same mistake i did : ADJUST your seat-height to your body-size NOW !! I put it off when i started riding & 2 weeks later my knees were Soooo SORE !😠! There's plenty of videos : SEEing is faster than words. You might also consider a shock absorbing seatpost if the stock post is @ its limit due to your height. Start slow , every 2-4 days. My BEST Health-years are the ones when i routinely cycled ( better stamina , NO colds🤧 ) HAPPY CYCLING , you've got the BEST riding partner 💛👧💛 ☘🍀just another LUCKY day🍀☘
