Brandon is one of the best taste testers. He throughly tries to get all the flavors and I love the contemplation he gets into with himself. And each time I think he is going to say something is gross he surprises me with “it’s good!” LOL. He is too funny. I love watching you guys !

Hi Allison! I know the Persimmon fruit or Kaki, here in Spain it has been famous for several years. It is so sweet, I love it. I always remove the skin, it is better that way. I recommend to leave it get ripe so it is more sweet. I has a lot of vitamins, C, A, E, K and also fiber. It is very antioxidant and good for antiaging properties. Hope that helps❤🌞

quick tip I've learned in using chia seeds! you mentioned that sometimes you will sprinkle them on top of acai bowls and such. you actually get a lot more benefits from chia seeds if they're broken up, heated up, or are soaked in some sort of liquid. it kind of activates the seeds and lets them pour out all their nutrients! ✨

I love these videos! And the reaction to the Rebbl drink is VERY accurate. 😂 it has adaptogenic mushrooms which explains the gross aftertaste. Forager does chocolate protein shakes like that at Whole Foods and those actually taste like Nesquik chocolate milk. They rock and I love them for a quick pick me up! The fuyu fruit is a persimmon and they are probably the best fruit ever. I just tried them this year and I’m obsessed. There is a hachiya variety that is bigger but you have to wait until they are reallyyyy soft like an overripe tomato and then they taste so good. They are more mushy than the fuyu variety so if texture is an issue you may want to skip them but they are so incredible on oats or Greek yogurt!

Seriously I love your videos, I always feel calm and content afterwards 😌

I love the song that you use in the beginning! Also love the half up half down look on you! You're videos are definitely adding some much needed sunshine to my day! ❤️

I drink the rebel tumeric drink a few times a week... Those drinks are so so good for you!

With kaki you can make like a pudding if you mix it with cacao powder in the blender. Once in the fridge it settles and becomes like a kind of mousse
