SMOOTHIE RECIPE
🍒Smoothie
loose mixed green (fill the mixer until the top lose) baby green mix from Costco
about 6 or 7 banana
1 tbsp. hemp seed
2 glass of water
1 glass of coconut water
2 tbsp. collagen (optional)
🌿ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 and a half cup water
1/2 tsp dish soap
10 drops of jasmine or lemon oil
For fall vibes change the essential oils to :
3 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
3 drops of pumpkin spice essential oil
3 honey apple essential oil
🌿GLASS CLEANER
50% water + 50% vinegar
or
50% water + 50% rubbing alcohol
Fermented veggies you can use any vegetables the more kind is the better but you have to use cabbage.
Thin slices carrots , reddish, cauliflower, cabbage
Thick slices cucumber, zucchini, pepper
spices : garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, salt
Ferment it at least 4 hours or overnight. Put them into jars very tightly and cover it with the juice that comes out of the mix, Keep it in the fridge up to 6 months.
For the pork casserole
Thin slices of pork, peas, salt, pepper and garlic
potatoes
First I cook the meat and peas a little over the cook top and once it's halfway done I put it in a casserole dish with the sliced potatoes and bake it on 350 for 45 minutes. When the meat and potatoes start to get brown on the edges it's done.
Marble breakfast cake
6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have)
1tbsp vanilla flavor
1/4 cup maple syrup
2tbsp ghee
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour
1 tsp baking soda
First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.
Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

I love fermented pickles! We do it in Poland in quite similar way - usually we keep it at home celowe to the window, we also add horseradish. And then at the end of summer we do a bunch for winter, we just close them in smaller jars, they stay long for many months. Just need to be kept in cold place to stop fermentation process

I had my daughter-in-law give me a haircut when I wanted one and couldn't get an appointment. I liked it but it was much less nerve-wracking when I was able to get back to the salon. Your haircut looks great and that was kind of a tricky cut! The zucchini chips looked delicious. Seeing you pack Z's lunch floods me with memories. My husband is retired now but I packed his lunch every day when he was still working. It was a fun challenge to make all the containers fit into the lunchbox!

Hello Noemi! Basil likes to be watered from the bottom. It has to be planted in a pot with holes and to water it, you simply fill a bowl with water und put the basilpot inside, for like 20 minutes or so. Greetings from Germany :)

Hi Noemi, please buy an terracotta pot with a hole and then put a basil in it. The pot must be outside. Not in the house. Basil is an Italian plant and she needs sun and fresh air. Give her not too much water. She don't like wet feet. You will see, it will work. I love your channel. Greetings from the lake of constance.

Hair turned out great! For the seasoning for dehydrating I find it easiest to put all the seasoning in a powdered sugar shaker, massage them oil in first and then lay the slices on the trays and sprinkle the seasoning on either one or both sides of each slice. I usually just do one side. It ensures a fairly even distribution of flavour. If you put the trays on a clean surface or on parchment paper you can scoop up the seasoning that misses the slices and sprinkle it on.

Hi Noemi, Just seen your basel issue and not sure if you will read this but yesterday I had a good explanation about who to keep it longer. When you buy a plant in the supermarket, remove the plastic wrapping. Divide the plant into more peaces and put it in a bigger pot with new fresh soil. Then give it water via the bottom of the pot so it can take it from there. So not pour it on top of the soil. That should do the thing ! Good luck. Greetings from Belgium

We had alot of squash this summer but since I'm watching this in the fall, I will have to wait til I can buy some from the store, but atleast next summer, I won't have soany squashes not getting used. You have shared so many great tips and recipe ideas for vegetables with your garden. I loved the squarely scene, and of course the change of music. Lol And your friend did a great job with your hair. In Poland we call them low-salt cucumbers: garden dill, tall, already with inflorescences, garlic, salt and water. We have to wait two days preferably three. We make pickled cucumbers for the winter and add more ingredients to the marinade.

Basil is a tough grow some times. It needs lite soil and good drainage and full sun. August is when it looks the best, as least for me in Chicago. Some plants do just great and others don’t. Sometimes I can get a root from a store bought package , but rarely. Cut it back every week or so . Love your zucchini chip idea. Thank you 🥰

Uuummm - you saw that garage & you still let her cut your hair!!! Lol! You two are obviously great friends and those of us with even one friend like that are truly lucky! If this ever comes to pass again - just fyi - there are many many YT videos showing step by step how to cut hair in the style you were looking for & other styles of course, on yourself or somebody else. But she did a pretty darn good job for not knowing what she was doing! Anyway, those dehydrated chips & the pickles looked so tasty! Thanks for sharing Noemi ♥
