Well if you only train to be as tight as possible and make your internal rotation as strong as you can, your body is bound to yearn for antagonistic movement. Hence the stretch: extension instead of flexion and external rotation instead of internal@@changmark

@@Tbone272 It's easier to get mad at others, not at yourself. Many people do, although we shouldn't. Not everyone can be a wolf. What if you realistically are mostly a sheep? Then the wolfs better not be insulting you even with lies because you're screwed either way. I definitely took it a bit more literally, to make us reassess the validity of easy-to-remember generalizations like that. It spurred an interesting conversation :)

Lol super true this is why he is so dominant. He really does lift and do exactly what is depicted. He trains all day inside outside eats shits trains more sleeps repeats. Everything ray showed is not a exaggeration this is truly how he lives. He does not ever stop training throughout the day. He may take a small break but he is right back at it. Half the day inside half the day outside. He has talked about this many times.
