    I've mentioned before that I'm not into bodybuilding, I'm a cyclist, but I find the discipline just incredible. The dedication involved in bodybuilding is admirable. Definitely watching has helped me learn about diet details and good inspiration and tips for leg sessions when i do hit the gym. Good stuff

    Gotta admit Im a sucker for these kinds of videos. You guys have similar mindset to mine - always focus on quality foods year round and have this set schedule/routine for everything. Being in the off season do you try to incorporate different foods? Meaning - halibut instead of salmon, tuna instead of prawns and etc. I was surprised Kuba dont eat bread - Thats Polish thing 😂 no better bread than straight from Polish bakery 👏😇

  • @megsylvestercielen

    @megsylvestercielen

    Жыл бұрын

    We've had offseasons where we haven't had quality off plan meals and it ends up with us both getting way too sloppy way too quick, so this works much better. We do vary our protein / carbs / fats throughout offseason especially if we start to not enjoy something or if something will be less volume as hunger gets lower. Kuba bloats quite bad with bread...so I'll eat it for the both of us 🙌🏽

    @@megsylvestercielen being flexible with foods is always a good thing. Of course Im referring to healthy foods. Noticed many times if you fuel your body right way it stays sharp. You guys may be in deep off season but you still will have some lines and stay lean. Thats always a great point to start contest prep
