Hey guys! Hope you loved getting a glimpse into my day in the life as an FIU student! I had so much fun putting this all together! That's awesome! Definitely consider it! I love FIU! Honestly, one of the best colleges in South Florida. Theres such a diverse culture and there are lots of exchange students too. I definitely recommend it!:)

Hahaha the ending! That happened to me once on campus. I was sitting and studying and my jeans were too tight so I unbuttoned them. Then I was walking back to my car and realized they were still unbuttoned the whole time 🤧😭😂

I’m starting college this summer at FIU. I just wanna ask...what do you like about the school? Is the gym free? What are you majoring in? I’m just curious and I’m super excited about starting school there.

Hi Carrie! That's awesome! I'm so excited for you! FIU is such a great school! So sorry that this summer will be online. Hopefully you will be able to start in person in the fall! Thank you for your questions! I really love FIU for so many reasons! The campus itself is beautiful and is full of diverse people of all different cultures. FIU celebrates diversity in such a beautiful way. That's definitely my favorite part. And also, the gym is practically brand new, they just finished the new construction not long ago. It's 3 stories and full of awesome equipment! (If you're a student it's free!) The campus is really big, so there's always a place to study. And on that note, the library is incredible! Just being in south Florida is amazing for the beautiful, sunny weather. And I'm majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition. Very fitting for my channel content Haha! I'm hoping to become a Registered Dietitian in the near future! If I could do it all over again (my time at FIU) I'd definitely get more involved on campus! There are so many opportunities to experience new things and be a part of an incredible community. I hope studying at FIU is everything you dream it will be! God bless!

Also, I did not know summer was going to be online...that’s a bummer... however I’m still very excited and I really hope I get the same experience as you when I’m able to go on campus. Hey I'm looking to transfer to FIU next year for the fall semester and I'm currently in Massachusetts. I currently have a 3.8 GPA but I'm not really sure what my SAT score is, do you think if I apply would they still accept me? Also I'm thinking of staying at either 109 Tower or Bayview. Which one do you think it's better? Thanks :)

Hi, I'm Class of 2019 :) With your GPA, you'll be good, just work on your essays and try to get into the Honors College with a transfer scholarship. FIU Honors will also help you a lot when it comes to getting internships in companies like Google, Goldman, BBC, etc etc, besides, the electives are crazy interesting there. As far as housing, 109 Tower all the way (if you want to be away from campus).

@BRIANNA Harvey I'm not an advisor, but as far as the minimum requirements you would need to get your GPA to a 3.3 and SAT to 1270, as I said that's a minimum. I would recommend you to schedule an appointment with an Admissions Advisor to get a better feel of your odds. At least that's what I would do. Hope that helps♥️
