America's Most Racist Town... Harrison Arkansas. This town became famous last year during the Black Lives Matter Movement (BLM Movement) when Rob Bliss held up a Black Lives Matter Sign here.
Holding a Black Lives Matter Sign in America's Most Racist Town

Today, there are so many racist hate crimes on Asians during the Stop Asian Hate Movement, and we were curious what it would be like to visit this town as Asian Americans. Is everyone out to get us?

As a Korean-American who grew up here in America my whole life, I have only experienced racism in California. A a Filipino-American, I've went to the midwest on business multiple times throughout my life. The people I've met are really friendly. I would say that they often speak from ignorance and not so much from malice when asking questions, and they usually mean well when talking to you. Nowadays, people tend to not know the difference between racism and ignorance, and are quick to pin people as racists. If you actually met a real racist, you'll know... And you most likely won't leave such an encounter unscathed.

She was friendly, welcoming, excited to talk to them, and she didn't care if her granddaughter married an Asian! Plus that guy starring at them in the cafe probably wasn't happy with them filming him. Did they even ask permission? Had he truly been racist he might've gotten in their faces! Just too many early misconceptions for me to continue.

the word "racism" does not exist. It's a fake made up word. People are tribal by nature. Its not "hatred" or "fear". they simply just want to be left alone and live with their own people (kinda like an Indian tribe) this is very natural and normal. They aren't out to hurt anyone. They just want to be left alone with their own people. People should respect their way of life instead of forcing multiculturalism on them when they don't want it. Their values should be respected even if others don't agree with it

There are basically three types of content shared on platforms today...educational, love sharing and hate sharing. It is extremely unfortunate that the sharing of one-sided stories of hate dominate most platforms because it simply provides more traffic to their channels which in turn provides more $$$. This was a cool video. I moved down to Houston, TX back in 1991 and heard so many stories on how they treat latinos. And I came in with a sort of chip on my shoulder thinking I'll pop the first person in the mouth if they say something racist towards me. It's 2023 and I'm still living in Texas and have no desire to leave as most people have been very respectful about others. But, sometimes it's best to check it out first before drawing a conclusion. I mean sure some really bad stuff has happened down here. But, over all it's been just fine for me and my family. Good job guys. BTW I'm learning Cantonese so I can communicate with my Daughter's mother in law who is from Hong Kong. It's a tough language to learn but I'm getting there.

Therefore, if she was raised in an overtly racist family and culture, then that sort of passive racism would be hard to break. Kind of like how most boomers act like, "Oh, what's autism? They bring up all the racist crap disguised as other things. (Hollywood, and slips from political people on all sides). Signs: bringing up stereotypes, over the top non-genuine sympathy, bringing up “friends and relatives” of the race at awkward times in the conversation.

It's a hotbed for the KKK. Seriously though even in racism there are extremes and most people there are going to act like most everyone typically does but under that there are people who may be very hateful and some who just want to live in majority-white neighborhoods but I don't think that's all wrong. Most all of Asia can be very nationalistic especially the Japanese and you know what? It's also their right. In short just because someone is a nationalist doesn't mean they hate other races but perhaps they just prefer focusing on their language and culture. There are different levels of extreme, just like a nazi doesn't necessarily subscribe to a nationalist viewpoint but all nazis are national socialists.
