Hey Caro! I've been a really huge fan of your channel for over a year now. I just wanted to say thank you. I was beginning to go through a depressive episode and constantly binge eating. I began loosing love for my most fav thing in the world (gymnastics). But after you began posting videos showing how productive you are and healthy, it inspired me to get my life together. I'm happy to say I no longer binge eat, i am happy, and i am excelling in gymnastics. Love you!💖💖🥰😂

Contrary to what everyone is saying, eating a crunch bar and going to chick fil a is HEALTHY because it's what she wanted and healthy is not only veggies and fruits, it's actually disordered most of the time when someone's eating ONLY " clean "foods, idk if someone understood what I meant but as someone who's recovering from anorexia, she literally an example
