Thanks for this video. Don't negotiate is good advice for any new glass business. My prices are what they are because of the service your getting. Cheaper install is usually a poor install.... no primer, bad bead, broken clips not replaced.
Man!!! To see this for the 1st time… 💪🏾 I’ve been doing Glass now for a few years and decided to launch my own glass business and started this past June. I’ll be honest learning on my own I’ve become a bit stuck in place. Man but this video !!! Just put me back where I needed to be mentally 🙌🏾🙌🏾💪🏾

Im thinking working at a mom and pop shop to learn more. Im mechanically incline and also work for mygrant glass before. As a part time mechanic im sure its not as hard to do.
Great advice! Our company has the ma600 for ADAS, I'm looking forward to doing my first calibration soon. I agree it's driving the industry forward, so we want to stay updated and deliver the best service to our customers, quality work and calibrations. Your videos have been very helpful to me, so I'll definitley be on the lookout for more info from your team God bless

Great video. Just trying to figure out what software to use. Any recommendations?
Great advice. I did the thing( I'll be cheapest while using dow products) Learn real quick canr be cheapest especially nowadays
Thanks on the video. Definitely points you on the right direction. I’m actually in the process of starting and when I went to the bank they asked for a business certificate. I went to city hall to get one and was told I’m not able. How did you get around that ?
i’ve been looking to start working on my own for some time and finding this glass specific video helped tons and i look forward to being on my own

Good luck!
Great Video. A couple questions: 1. You mentioned in a different video that you got rid of your brick and mortar. How are you performing ADAS static calibrations without it? 2. What ADAS system do you recommend for an established 2 van shop looking to finally get into ADAS calibration.

All our recals are done mobile. I will put up a video of our new mobile system at the end of the month.
Good video. I wish I would've had something like this years ago instead of learning by making mistakes. Only thing I'd add is know your numbers. Find out how much you need to make on a job to make sure you aren't working for free. I appreciate your videos.

Thanks Jesse for watching.
Did you say $1400.00 a month for insurance?
Do you have any info on when a customer is using insurance to pay? Ive found some but was hoping you’d have some more info on it.

You have to sign up with insurance companies. You also need to be a legit business with business insurance.
Do you think a week of training and some practice is enough to start offering auto glass service, I already have a business up and running but looking to add windsheild repairs/replacement etc

I live in a tri state area. Do I need 2 different EiN numbers if I will be operating in 2 different states? I dont have a shop it will all be mobile at the moment. Thanks for the video man. Very good information. Only thing im nervous about is the tax side of it when it comes time to file. Could you do a video on that? Thanks

It depends on what state but after filing business with your state. Then proceed to get EIN number which is your tax id. Then Apply to register to collect sales tax upon getting that done they will issue a certificate of authorization. Once you're set up to collect sales tax you will have to file quarterly. Regardless if you have any sales or not you will have to file. I would suggest speaking to accountant they will set you all up. You will have to register as a foreign entity in the state you will be working in that the business is not registered in. Once again you will have to collect sales tax and file quarterly for both. NJ & NY both file on different months.
Can I somehow reach out to you about getting into this business? I’m a window tinter and want to get into glass repair/replacement but no help in my area from anyone
