Yuna looks a lot like her dad, I think. Not baby Ryuji, but adult Ryuji. But everyone said that about my baby too until recently someone finally commented that she looks like me. It seems to change who they look more like as they grow up!

I enjoyed seeing how your days go with a baby and in Japan! This was really interesting bc I've never heard of a doula cooking, cleaning, etc and I think this is fabulous! I'm sure it's not cheap to have her come but what a blessing to have a home cooked meal prepared for you! My daughter is half Asian as well and they tend to look more and more stunning as they grow older. Yuna has that adorable button nose that everyone wish they had and she will never outgrow that. As for who she looks like, I'd say, its too early to tell but she looks like herself, just Yuna, with a touch of both mom and dad.

in my opinion, I feel like every woman's body is different and therefor, handles things like childbirth differently from person to person. Getting fit is a great goal to have for anyone, I commend you on this, but please just do not beat yourself up over your body, Your body did a KICK ASS thing by bringing baby Yuna into the world! I think youre a total babe!

It's very interesting how baby takes over asian blood more . I've seen many HAFU and I only saw few hafu that it looks more white . Most of them look Japanese . So cute tho 😍

I live in the US too, we have a thing here called Nursery Water, I guess its sort of similar to the type of water you showed.

I hope you take this in the spirit it's intended, to be helpful and not to be discouraging. It's important to measure the water first for the bottles, and then add the powder. Putting the powder first in the bottle may make it too concentrated. Doing that over time can be harder on your baby's kidneys.

Megan Moon (she has a KZread Channel as well!) had the same after her pregnancy (where the stomach muscles didn't get back together). She made a video and shared a breath work technique! That's how she got back to her normal Stomach state :) (sorry for my english haha)

Sadly I have other conditions different from her. Prolapse and umbilical hernia so I’m doing the exercises given to me by my therapist :)

Is it safer to carry the baby on the front vs the back? Curios about this since I know nothing of babies.

That’s not for distiasis recti it’s for contracting your uterus. Also if you wear them wrong you can have complications later on.

Try the Asian belly wrap for after pregnancies, that speeds up the process apparently to reduce your belly.

Nope! It actually makes ab separation worse! But helps contract the uterus which mine is already contracted :/

Its a little hard to tell for sure in the package but here in the states we call them fiddle heads bc they look like the top of violins and such

The baby clothes isnt a total loss, maybe if you decide to have more children, those clothes will fit the new babies too.

I found out I was pregnant with my third, just shy of 2months After having my second son... lol
