    Great video In my experience the LDF fluid should ideally be shaken up to form bubbles on the top then you wipe just the bubbles over the area that you are testing and you will find that will solve your problem.

    Nice work. That hob was connected with a tap connector, shoddy work from somebody, don't think that's actually permitted for gas, even if it could be made to fit. Don't know the secret to the Vaillant drain-off, would be useful to know because draining down Vaillants is something you end up having to do a lot...

    how do you get into gas engineering and boiler repair? do you need to do a plumbing apprenticeship?

  • @brendanfisher2528

    @brendanfisher2528

    10 ай бұрын

    Not really.. i know many lads who are gas engineers who don't know about plumbing.. but been a plumber is an advantage but if your just doing gas work then it's not really needed I don't think.. there are course just for doing your gas. But you will need a portfolio of work done with a gas engineer

    @@brendanfisher2528 yeah right a gas engineer said he can take me on but he said I need to do plumbing first as the boiler is like 60% water, and he was saying he knows plenty of people that are doing just gas thet can't find work, and are just no good
