It does take a toll on us, and I don't want to discourage any one from becoming a cna.
The hugs I've received from my residents, are the best.. hands down ☺️☺️

That video is sweet but no where show's what it is really like. The work is hard resident's are very demanding. Some are pleasant, but others will curse at you, hit you lie about you that can jepodise your job. I worked as a cna for 34 yrs and finaly retired. The management is at fault for short staffing every day. This is unsafe for the resident's and staff as well. Please comment, if you feel the same as me....

It's very hard stressful work I can't imagine 34 yrs in that career field it takes a toll mentally and physically
