Me too I have big background in AML analysis which has similar nature of accounting audit so the whole analysing part sounds fun so started Uni at late age majoring in Accounting but unsure whether accounting and audit role is going to fit me as I do have interest in business analyst role as well such a difficult choice to make haha
Hoping to take Cpa in the future ... Video was really helpful
Accounting is fucking beautiful! and extremely useful especially when it comes to investing.

how is it??? :)
I’m finishing up my junior year studying accounting and have only worked at Kroger and HEB part time. Most accounting jobs are full time so I’m not sure how to get experience for after I graduate other than internships. Any advice ?
How much freetime do you have in this field, i have put it as my safe choice behind acturial mathemathics if dont get accepted. Accounting has been my plan for a long time, and seems pretty nice. Amazing vid.
Is there a any demand for CPA us in Canada?
Wow! Inspiring, I remember taking accounting classes... wish you were my prof :(

The good ole days of sheet to floor and floor to sheet🤣 Barely opened the boxes and counted. You should look into advisory.
Goals. Jesus, the peace, the career, the stability… God bless you 🤎

Do you have to get A's and B's in your accounting classes to get hired at the Big 4 Accounting firms?
@jonjones4113

@@letstalknba7582 It's a lie, i got an offer from Top 8 and i barely went to class literally. Grades dont matter, what matters is your knowledge and application of skills you know, everything is taught on job. School wont teach you jack.

I’m not sure about your particular situation, but My brother got a degree in electric engineering but was accepted into a certain Top 4 with the letter D. He died the ACCA thing and passed really well (3rd in the country) and was promoted to assistant manager in another country

They definitely look at grades when they’re hiring fresh out of campus but if you’ve been working for a couple years already, they are likely looking at relevant work experience in the accounting field!
You work in audit?
