My holiday baking essentials are organic pumpkin, maple sugar, and vanilla extract (I make my own). I actually use maple sugar year round for baking instead of regular sugar.

@@HealthNutNutrition it’s super easy. All you need is good quality vodka and some vanilla beans cut into 4-5 inches and split open. It just takes time and you have to shake it up every few days and leave it sealed for a few months. Totally worth the wait!

Yes we froze some leftovers and they thawed at room temp great

We’ve been doing 24 hour routines with her since she was a newborn. I think I have 3 up already on my channel but I will do an updated one when she starts walking

Yes coconut butter is the same as mana and I believe iherb sells it too I just had some already on hand. For flour you can use brown rice or oat flour or even regular all purpose should work too!

What kind of nonstick pans do you use?

I just made it on the spot but basically: 2 cups oatmeal, 2 cups coconut milk, 2 cups water, 1/2 banana mashed, 1 apple peeled and chopped, pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cool for about 10-15 until creamy
