Drinking water is good and of course has its benefits and you should drink it but from research I have found that drinking a gallon a day or more can actually flush out the minerals in your body that you need like electrolytes etc. Apparently the whole 8 glasses a day thing is a myth. This is from experienced health professionals, just thought I would share. Also so happy for you on your health journey! Good for you girl!

Yes! I’ve heard that too. I started drinking more coconut water (WITHOUT ascorbic acid!) instead of all that water and I feel more hydrated 🤯. Just thought I’d share too 😊

Definitely accurate. That’s something I learned in my nutrition coaching certification. Hydration is about water + minerals. Great way to balance this is to use trace minerals drops or drink mineral water.

This happened to me and caused lots of issues in my gut! I was flushing so much out of my system at times that it started causing nausea and intense stomach knots to the point of vomiting. I didn’t know why at first and thought maybe I was developing new food allergies. But found it was because I was drinking a gallon of water a day on top of taking zinc, which was really messing up my gut.

so glad someone said this!! i have found that when i intake liquids that still contains the contents of water while also having naturally occurring minerals that i end up not feeling as thirsty and could actually tell i'm hydrated. i focus a lot on having coconut water, bone broth, and freshly squeezed juices.

I had the same issue with natural deodorants! The only natural I have found that has not caused is the brand Each + Every!💛 I have been using it for a least 2 year + *figures crossed* it hasn't caused any stink or rash!

Most of my friends are moms and my cousin and I are the single Pringles of the group! lol Also, the second you said "let's go to the beach" I was singing too... It does just come out sometimes lol

I got a rash after years of already using native too and my pits started smelling more intense. So I did an armpit detox with Aztec Secret Indian Healing Mask (you can get it at Target). Sometimes toxins are stuck in your skin due clogged pores are the mask helps de-clog. Also, drinking that much water a day can actually depleted your body of much needed minerals and electrolytes. Coconut water (WITHOUT ascorbic acid) is one of THE BEST things to drink for hydration. There’s TONS of research about this that you can find 😊 my husband and I still drink water but we drink coconut water a lot more and we have never felt mor hydrated 😍 Just thought I’d pass that info along 😉 These videos of yours are so motivating. I have sensitive armpits too. It’s the baking soda in natural deodorants that cause the irritation for me. I tried Natives sensitive skin (baking soda) free line and I have no irritation. Same will all other natural deodorants that are baking soda free. Test that out-it’ll probably help!

Hey Kian! When I transitioned to an all-natural deodorant, I used it for a long while and out of nowhere I developed a rash and that rash turned into my skin pretty much shedding or peeling off. At first, I was concerned but it went away, and obviously new skin was exposed, and my armpit is so much softer than it ever was, haha! I think the natural deodorant overtime lifted up the dead skin and the 'rash' was the beginning of the process. I use the brand Humble all-natural deodorant. Hopefully this helps!

I got a horrible rash after using Native for years. Never switched scents. Now I’m super sensitive to any natural deodorant, it always gives me a rash. I started using Crystal which was a good detox, but its not great at helping odor if you sweat a lot. Just started using magnesium spray which has been working well.

Oh and the fastest way to get rid of the rash is hydrocortisone cream. Not sure if it’s bad for you though

Same actually got a yeast infection in my armpits after using Native. My doc suggested Schmidt’s but had a similar reaction. I’m still working at home so I try not to use anything but haven’t found a good solution lol.

I’ve been using Hey Humans for deo and haven’t had issues with detoxing, rash, etc.

I used natural deodorants for a few years and I always got the worst rashes. I tried so many brands as well and all were the same result 💔 I ended up just going back to dove, I wish there was a better alternative. I hope yours clears up! Love your channel 💛

Hi! I went through that struggle but i noticed I was allergic to baking powder. If you find natural deodorant with no baking soda it will make a difference

You can also get eczema under your armpits! It’s because of sweat and skin rubbing together. I get this as I live in Florida, I just have to lotion it and use deodorant that is super strong at wicking sweat.

I had a severe armpit rash from native! This was like 3 years ago too. I read online its because of baking soda, which bothers some people and not others. I think it developed on your road trip because you were visiting different climates. It’s super humid where I live so since you lived in dry Arizona before the road trip, I’m just guessing maybe that had something to do with it.

I used native for a while and I randomly got a rash!

As far as deodorant I love Suave's 24 hr aerosol deodorant spray ( it's in a tall blue can, I think there are two different flavors lol scents) I have been using this stuff for at least 20 yrs cannot complain at all It really does last all day, it doesn't stain your clothes and one can lasts for months.

Your dog handsome he's a good dog . We have two five gallon waters and 14 jugs of water and that's not counting the 24 pack of Dasani water bottles and 24 pack of Purified water bottles. Hopefully that rash goes away you have . On deodorant I use dove deodorant and lady speed stick those two they work good for me . Have a great day 😊💞

As a mom of three I always wonder: do girls without kids want to be friends with me???? LOL I get it !!!

I had a horrible issue with a rash under my armpit. It got to the point it was bleeding. I tried every kind of deodorant and everything would break me out. I tried all the all natural brands because my mom had breast cancer and I wanted to stay away from the toxins in regular deodorant but I eventually figured out that suave and mens ole spice deodorant is the only ones that don’t break me out.

Yes, Moms want friends that don't have kids but likely feel the same, where their friends that do not have kids will be less likely to want to hang around kiddos that might be a bit difficult. Maybe?

I no longer use deodorant! And while I can get stinkyx I tried soooo many brands - even very natural - and had horrible reactions.

dogs do listen to discipline and they actually thrive on it! as someone who has had multiple dogs (and trained them with my husband), you need to establish yourself and your husband as the "alphas", so your dog knows his place in your family dynamic (aka the pack). a stern but meaningful NO is necessary, especially when they are trying to establish dominance over you, which is what he is doing with the humping. feel free to use that as you push him off or give him a little swat on the nose. and be consistent, that's important! there is plenty of research & training out there that can help you squash this habit. dogs love to please their masters, especially the breed you have in particular, so once he sees his behavior is pleasing to you it will make him a happier dog overall as well! training is great for dogs for many reasons. good luck!

For deo, try spraying your armpits with glycolic acid! There are tutorials on KZread 🙂.

Irritation is probably from the razor wipe your razor down with rubbing alcohol after each use but it has a nickel or aluminum and it is not good for the skin

I think when a dog jumps on you, you’re supposed to just literally knee them in the chest lol, it sounds mean I know but apparently it really works so you only have to do it a couple times. You should try it for humping cuz he is kinda jumping on you when he does that😂

I didn‘t believe every dog is acting like handsome . My neighbor has dogs of a similar size and he was training them very well. But it takes time and patience. Your dog Sems to be very active. No hate, but I can’t stand the sound of chewing 😂 I listened while driving and cringed bc couldn’t fast forward the chewing LOL I’m a new mom, already extremely introverted, and so I have no interest in making new non-mom friends. None of my lifelong friends have babies yet but I spend all the time with them that I can! But I wouldn’t care to make new friends. I don’t even really want to make new friends that have kids honesltly lol I just have such a good group of people already. So I’m not sure if being a new mom really has anything to do with not wanting non- mom friends 🤷🏼‍♀️

Get him neutered, that's the only thing that is going to stop him. If he's doing this after being neutered then ask a vet.

Put him on his back and get down on all fours over him. Also I’d he fixed? Also sounds gross but buy him a big stuffed animal
