Oh my god I love that book!!

I always wanted to try the period panties, but my period was so heavy due to uterine fibroids I felt they wouldn't protect me. I had to wear a super plus and overnight pad at the same time, changing every hour and a half to two hours or I would bleed through. I never got to try them since my doctor and I agreed a hysterectomy was a better option. I am 47 and it was the best decision for me. 😁

Bro Sharon, how are you so happy when you’re on your period like I’m gonna start my period next week and I know that week is going to be filled with emotions and they’re gonna be terrible because every time I’m on my period like depressed sad don’t wanna really talk to anybody The only people that I will talk to are the two teachers that always help me when I’m overstimulated and my friend Allison because Allison helped me when I got my period last time because I didn’t know that I started my period I hadn’t noticed and then we went to the restroom together and like she bought me some pads from the bathroom and I was panicking because I didn’t have nothing on me that day. I will be prepared next week and if you’re wondering how I know that I’m going to start my period it’s because normally the week before I start my period I normally get like pretty bad cramps as a warning sign to just be like hey I’m coming next week so I’m gonna be in a bad mood next week. We’re not necessarily bad mood. I’m just gonna be depressed and sad so yeah, I’m gonna watch your videos the whole time.

Do have any advice I also get bad breakouts during my time of the month and it takes a full month to go back to normal and it just repeats

Why are grown women sleeping over towels during their period? After years of having a period surely you’d have figured out how to prevent leaking overnight, even during heavy flows. There are so many products designed anti-leakage and night wear

it actually holds sooo much more blood than a regular pad so don’t be scared to go in public with it!! if you ever try one you can wear it around the house for a day or so to get a feeling for it :) as for sitting in it, you can say the same thing about pads though. besides that, you don’t really feel that you’re “sitting in blood” since it holds so much! when you do feel it, that’s a sign to change. you do change them yes :)

I didn't now those underwears were invented.
