I also think being “unique” is trendy. Everyone wants to be different and then they just end up being the same. Just because you dress like other people doesn’t mean you aren’t unique. I wear what I wear because I like it and sometimes what I like is trendy.

exactly what i was thinking! because everything in stores are what’s “trendy”. also why i love to thrift, but so do so many other people, so even when i try to be different i look like every other bish😩

when she gets deep and talks about the real stuff it makes me feel normal and accepted knowing that someone else is going through it and is still getting on with their life. Mai venting is honestly so nice, makes it feel like a facetime call

Ah I can relate too that so much. My mum hates the way I dress because it's not that 'girl like'. And I do struggle a lot with self hate and not accepting myself but I'm trying and when she then always wants me to do wear what she wants, it stresses me out as hell. So just wanted to tell you that I can relate so much and just keep on fighting and being yourself and doing what you want:)

exfoliating is important but using lotions with lactic acid (chemically exfoliates) or ones specifically for kp is the most helpful. it’s because there’s a buildup of keratin = bumps. don’t over scrub or pick at it!
