Hi Kchoi, Wondering if you can share what kind of change initiatives you work on (e.g., IT implementations, M & A, etc) and if, in your work, you use any specific change models (ADKAR, Kotter, etc). I also work in change management and am always interested in hearing about others practices in this field :) Enjoy watching your videos!

A few things I’m working on currently: merger between two organizations (doing executive leader team alignment and a series of workshops to bring the rest of the org on board), developing an onboarding curriculum for a specific level of leaders (with a diversity, equity, and inclusion focus), new operating model (with in-person and virtual workshops + manager led discussions)
