Girly make sure you’re using a hospital grade pump. Especially as your main pump. Use the portable pump after 3 months once your milk supply regulates. Portable pumps at an early stage can mess with your supply.

I use the hospital grade at night but the portable is so much more convenient when I have to do stuff around the house and care for her. I pump the same amount with both so I don’t notice a difference?

Make sure you’re pumping every 2-3 hrs. I know it’s really exhausting but that’s what helps with milk supply. The longer the stretch the more you’re signaling your body that you don’t need that much milk

I tried doing every two hours at the beginning and I didn’t see my milk producing more :/

I recently learned that they found when you pump in the morning to it milk supply has cortisol in it to be alert, and when you pump at night your milk has melatonin in it for sleeping, so when you freeze it you need ti mark it. Moms were giving morning milk to baby and couldn’t figure out why they were so alert all night. Girl!! You look amazing I’m so jealous! You’re doing amazing! Congrats again!

I started incorporating lots of oats and coconut in my diet! I drink about 100oz of water everyday plus a bottle of body armor lyte… also made lactation balls (which has flax seeds and that increases milk supply) I’m planning on filming a video soon sharing what helped me 😊
