Hi everyone, just a heads up, so at around 0:59 in the video I cut out a 15 second fight because I was made aware by a viewer that the player I was fighting might have had an inappropriate in-game name in a foreign language. It was a really quick fight so don't worry, you guys didn't really miss much~

Any chance you could do a bit of a guide on how to spec your pvp builds? Encumbrance and duel? Gear used for each and why, quick synopsis of what's needed to craft the armor/weapons and where to get materials? That would prolly be super useful to and watched by your viewers.

Man… that tree really robbed me of that kill, haha. I wish I had an pickaxe at the time. Poison makes all the difference when your opponenst try to run away. Never jump off a cliff when you have poison stacked.

I still find it crazy how good you became after seeing how bad you were before, congrats

summon an avatar and banishing it :))) they should add a feature were the Avatar gets pissed off and take revenge

Brother, you should try a run on a private server like Immortal duos. Only 2 days a week to raid and no repairing while raid hours. It works out great for a guy like me who can’t play every night

Is there a lot of lag in big battles (7vs7, etc.) on PC? On xbox it is unplayable, I'm thinking of changing

I would think there’s more lag on Xbox/PS5 because consoles have less processing power than most PCs. Probably better on PC, but you should always expect to encounter lag.

Trust me, I wish I could upload more for you guys, but each episode takes a full day to record (gotta farm for raid supplies and then the actual raid). Once the episode is recorded I’ll spend a few days editing cause there’s usually about 3-4 hours of footage. D:

Yeah the player quit the game after, sadly.

I get a lot of trouble evading those spears, but you make it look trivial. All you need to do is keeping rooling away from them? If so, it appears the only viable option against spears is using light armor, so the dodging roll gets you further away from the enemy. Is that right?

So the reason the spear is so hard to evade now on official servers is because q-lock has been buffed so much it’s basically a guaranteed hit for anyone using the spear q-lock meta. So yeah, nowadays it literally takes zero skill to get a kill on PvP servers cause of how broken the auto aim is. I have spent a few days trying to figure out how to counter it without relying on q-lock and what’s worked best is to double roll before they hit you to dodge the auto aim. This won’t always work because of lag (phantom hits), but your chances of evading their auto-aim are still better than if you only roll once. In terms of weapon, the Great Axe is a good way to punish their q-lock. You gotta have them chase after you and as they’re running up to you to attack, you turn around and hit them with a stationary heavy attack. Also, use sprint attacks to maintain your distance from them. Ultimately though, if you don’t mind using a zero skill technique, the best counter is join them in a q-lock battle with the spear. Just close your eyes, q-lock, roll, poke, and repeat until your opponent is dead.

I watched the first 2 minutes of this one but i *had* to stop to comment this before: the guy you fought in the morning, his name means "sneaky jew" in french. There is a typo and i suspect it is intended. Probably not the kind of guy you want to friendly play with and even less highlight in your videos, just you to know.

do you play officials? asking bc my biggest issue w conan is finding good servers. seems like a lot of officials have impossible alpha clans (and sorta dead pop) and there are very few modded / active admin servers

Yes, I only play on official servers. There’s usually 1-2 good active servers for every region. As for the impossible alpha clans, usually that happens because there’s no real competition in the server to challenge them. A lot of these “alpha clans” just end up forming massive alliances to stay in power. They eventually get wiped though. Nothing lasts forever (on active servers).

@@Zelosykes do you have a base building strategy for servers like that? i always struggle to make something big enough for crafting machines but small enough to not get insta-wiped by the alphas. i know location is key-and i've been lucky before and lasted a few weeks. but do you go into things kinda like, see what i can do / how many clips i can get within a couple days, assuming you'll be raided?

I usually record all of my series within 7-10 days. After that, I leave the server and go on a Conan hiatus for 2-3 months and just focus on editing until I run out of footage and need to record again. Best thing to do on official is to not have a big base. You can build a base just for your benches, but always make sure to clear it out before raid hours and stash your loot elsewhere. You also don’t even really need much of a base. You can just use the benches on raided bases. Another thing to do is to move your base every day to a new location. But remember to leave your bases empty and stash your loot elsewhere.

For regular PvP (just fighting), I use the build at the start of this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oXuumNCFkc3Sorw.html And for solo raiding I use this build: Attributes: 20 Agi, 20 Vit, 20 Exp Buffs: Salted Pork and Black Lotus Flower Armor: Champion chest piece/boots, the rest is Godbreaker armor. Weapons: Any legendary spear and Star Metal Great Axe. Let me know if you got any other questions~

What is the STR build you use to bomb?

For solo raiding I use: I use 20 Agi, 20 Vit, 20 Exp Salted Pork and Black Lotus Potion for a combined 30% increase in Strength weapon dmg. Armor: Champion chest piece/boot and Godbreaker armor for the rest.

I’m not a fan of Agility weapons. The only decent ones are the Agility Spears. Everything else just isn’t that great for combat. Despite not having any Str points, the Great Axe still does more dmg than any Agi weapon.
