There is no better Prosecutor for this case than Lewin. He isn't where he is because he's a soft attorney. He's here to do a job. He's a genius in his questions. He knows exactly what to ask and how to ask it. Yes, he may be long winded at times but he is doing a fantastic job!!! Bob isn't used to people questioning him at all. He's used to paying people to shush them up. He's a horrible man who murdered three people and it's time he is held accountable. Great job Mr. Lewin!!!!!

At some point, Durst said her back door was open. At another point, he said he thought the murderer might be in the house. None of it makes any sense, and that's Durst's point. RD is trying to confuse everyone so they give up. I have a relative that does the same thing, that's how I recognize the tactic.

I heard what he said about the keys too, first time he has said that, but Susan must have let him in because she was on her feet in front of him when he shot her.

All BD does is lie.

If he had the keys, why did he knock for five minutes, wait outside, and call her name before he went in. The keys were an invitation from her to come on in.

1. I have noticed his facial expressions. Like when it seems to be that he’s telling a lie or he’s caught in a lie, he does this thing with his mouth. Like he will do something with his tongue, like put it to the front of his jawline. That’s the best I can explain it (with his mouth closed). Watch him tomorrow (or go back and watch him when he’s caught in his lies. 2. Why would Susan tell a bunch of people a lie of such magnitude? That would incriminate herself and possibly get her in some trouble with the law, in regards to this case, like she had something to do with the cover up and that there would be probable cause to investigate her as a possible suspect to Kathy’s murder, as she was claiming that Robert did. So my conclusion is that she was not telling stories like Robert is saying. I didn’t hear everyone’s witness testimony, only Robert’s the last 5 days. So idk if anyone has testified to being told about that by Susan. 3. If I was Durst, I’d be saying, “F it. I give up. I did it “. Because he is burying himself imo.

Absolutely, I have noticed that smirk that Durst does when he knows that what he is saying is RIDICULOUS LIES that I have a hard time believing that even he has a hard time thinking that the jury is believing him. Put the serial killer behind bars for the rest of his miserable life!

The judge is unprofessional with his joking and laughing. He is not professional and not in control of his courtroom. He does not seem neutral. The prosecutor is unprofessional in asking vague and hypothetical questions in a bullying manner that would be difficult for anyone to answer. Why can’t he ask clear and concise questions? No wonder so many have lost confidence in our legal system.

So true. This judge is a joke. He’s arrogant and he’s not even paying attention most of the time. This judge should never allow Lewin to speak the way he does. He’s a bully. Lewin gets so caught up in his own questions and gets frustrated when he doesn’t get the answer he wants. This is personal for Lewin and this judge is biased and allowing this to go on in his court room. He should step down but I think he loves the limelight. Any person watching from another country see’s the total disrespect for the court system.

Durst isn't making sense. He's trying to answer but not answer the prosecutors questions. If he killed her,I wish he'd just admit to it. I mean,he's dying, but. I Many killers have gone to their grave,like Bruce Burrell here in Australia,who was charged with killing 2 women yet died not telling the families where he put their bodies.

His health is bad. Nobody disputes that. But the issue has been whether he's on to stand trial. Yeah he looks feeble but he's really held up well to being grilled by the prosecutor day after day.

Mr. John Lewin is the king of cold cases. He has built a career on prosecuting cold cases and has a winning record. He's best known for his offbeat style as we can all witness in this trial.

He needs to be awarded an academy for this story.... it needs to be made a movie... with Martin Scorazi directing this.... loved this story... Danny Cunningham and his organic.... pot farm..... in Garbersville... with organic vegetables..... with no electricity either

Millionaires get people murdered not do it themselves but Morris was beyond his control. Seems there is a lot of Tunnel Vision going on here ! Durst is obviously Not in favour due to his past behavior but some say: The Mobs enemies took the Opportunity to take out Susan B - Durst is the Fall Guy ! Besides speculative nit-picking where's the evidence to say otherwise ? And the DA Polatician let Kathy Dirst DOWN ! Who knows what happened there ...

Umm maybe a little, since he most likely did it. And he most likely killed his wife and we know he killed his neighbor and dismembered his body and put it in garbage bags. So this man belongs in jail.

No-think about it-the man is smart, we all admire that. He’s old and dying-why put him through this as it isn’t going to change anything. I think all it is as this point is Lewin wanting to win. He has a reputation to protect and this case would be the icing on the cake. Let the man live his last years in peace.

He talked about dismembering his neighbor's body like you would cut a chicken up, with no emotion at all. I am sorry he needs to answer for his actions for once in his life.
