Welcome to another episode of Dear God, with Gratitude.

In simple terms, limiting beliefs are the ideas you hold about yourself and your abilities, often focusing on what you think you can't do rather than what you can.
Let's dive deeper...
Here are some examples from real life: "I could never land that job because I don't think I'm smart enough." "I wish I had the commitment to kickstart a healthier lifestyle."
What makes these beliefs so harmful is that they feel like undeniable truths, deeply ingrained in your mind. They seem as fixed as the laws of nature, leaving you feeling powerless to change them.
But by the time you finish reading this guide, you'll realise that you have more control over your beliefs than you think. And here's the best part: You'll discover that you can let go of these limiting beliefs whenever you choose.

You know , I stopped writing in my daily gratitude channel in February.of this year. I allowed myself to tell myself I was just too busy to keep up with it . I can honestly say that my life has taken a sharp decline since I stopped daily gratitude. When I qas actively journaling, things seemed to magically fall into alignment.
