    Feeling a bit sore, I am grateful tonight as myself and 12 year old grandson went essential walking the greatest feeling. We arrived home I said to my grandson " I will be in the lounge practicing yoga ok, "Sure nan" so half way thru my practice grandson and tablet volume loud sat in the lounge watching me, and focusing on his tablet too. I was giggling so proud as I was determined to hold on firmly both feet I held the bow pose 10 seconds let go with gratitude. Thank you feeling just amazing. Told grandson please put headphones on next time💪💪

    I needed this today! My body gave in to a cold/virus yesterday so I am a day behind in the challenge. I willed myself to get up today and practice, in hopes of "curing" my aches and pains and I feel amazing now! Thank you so much! As a new yogi I am learning so much from you and the time seems to go so fast because I am enjoying practicing.

    Your vids are just wonderful, Allie, I love them, the calm of your voice helps with holding poses. They are just the right length for a middle ager like me.     Loved this video- as always! Allie is seriously the best yoga teacher on the internet! I never liked going to yoga classes because I really felt it was something to do alone. But it's not always easy knowing how to practice safely or how to expand your practice after you've mastered the basics. Allie is funny, informed and so calm!     Hi Allie, I absolutely loved this class! I paired it up with another 25 min yoga class for open hips and shoulders right before this one, because I wanted a longer practice this morning. It segued beautifully into your class, which has left me feeling wonderfully open and alive! I really connect with your style of teaching, and I love how you balance effort with release, and physical with the spiritual/emotional. Your voice and directions are so calming and reassuring, and I sometimes find myself getting into certain poses deeper than I ever have before, because your gentle yet firm guidance allows me to let go further than I thought I could!     Been gone a couple days due to school, I'm only in high school but still its sometimes very stressful. I feel myself improving and also taking this more seriously because before i struggled with that a lot. I really enjoyed my practice, see you tomorrow :)

    Ahhhhmazing class Allie, I never thought to use a blanket for frog pose, the difference is unreal, it's actually quite comfortable. I'm feeling fresh & energised, thanks Allie 🙏🏻

    This is an AWESOME BOOT CAMP ! I am so appreciating all that you have done to put this together. I am needing to practice more shoulder opening. I really had to use a wide grip on the strap to bring strap down and behind back. I am sure I will experience some positive body and mind changes when this camp is completed. :-)

    I loved this 7 days, I am in my second round (2nd week repeating) just a heads up, I really think you go on the second side faster then the first. I was already feeling it the first time I did and now again...Eigther you go faster or I am much slower on the second side! -Which can be true too. lol

    So happy you found me Keri, however you found me haha! And thanks for the great feedback! So hug muscle to bone basically means - activate + energize whatever body part is being worked, don't be lazy with it. Like in any standing postures, the quadricep should be active, if the legs is straight - the knee cap should gently lift, if the arms are extended - straighten those babies out, no loose hanging fingers/wrists.     Hi, glad you enjoy the channel + flowing with me! Right now, I only practice yoga, but it changes with what my body needs. I think it's important for losing weight to practice a multitude of exercise practices, this helps keep the body multi-skilled. But yes, an intense vinyasa practice can lead to shedding of layers. I hope that helps!

    Hi Stephi! Thank you for joining me on the mat and great question. I found that regular cleaning and then using a towel to wet the mat helped activate the non-slip of the cork mat, but they are slippery! I would go with the manufacturer's instructions for their best tips ❤️️
