    Ok, that's so perfect. I've been so focused on one area of my life that I'm feeling off balance, especially yesterday. Last night, I laid there, and I was literally thinking about how the balance of things would need to change this week. Then I see your meditation 🧘‍♀️ 😅 so perfect!!! You're the best!!!

    This is a brilliant meditation. At my age 68 I certainly know the concerns of time , lost time & subsequent regrets. Though I call my daily routine “ work “ I am a musician & am constantly reviewing my foundation & other new skills. Here the balance between being open & humble, managing what can be achieved in a day , not worrying about but acknowledging past mistakes is all about balance. I used to sometimes think practice was “ hard” but now enjoy it , though somethings are difficult ,they have to be broken up , managed - balanced . You are the best Raphael . 🙏
