    Instead of staying up late till 2 PM . I prefer waking up early by 4.

    Hai as it is meri problem hai kya karu bta dijiye ,aine do sal school na jake pura discipline khtm kr diya hai , rat me jagne ki adat pad gyi hai ab din me nind ati hai , aur rat me nind nhi ati subah 4-5 bje sota hu 12 bje uthta hu sab ulta sidha ho gya hai
