    Ok thats a widee maltese as well hahah .Btw quick question man so basically you did 2 skill exercises and after that 2 strenthening exercises ,is that your usual volume or do you add some more skills as well?

    Yeah it need to be even wider😂 I usually do 4-5 exercises. So sometimes add another static movement🤝

    Bro one question I have one band and I cant get one, with that band I cant do full planche what do you think about putting for example the band in the feet and slowly moving it up into my hips? Would it work good to get full planche with bands?

    I would rather to an easier variation like advanced or straddle! And keep the band at the hips🤝
