FYI : I think the objection to her testifying when she was a school teacher was because the question is "beyond the scope of allowable cross/re-direct examination." You can only cross/redirect examine on issues which were raised in the preceding examination. If her work history wasn't brought up in cross then it's "outside the scope" of re-direct.

If you put 30 people in a room where a shooting takes place you will get 30 different statements about what happened. If you ask those people to recount what happened 1 year later and then 2 years later, you'll get 2 more stories from each witness. I gave the same lecture 8-10 times when I taught the same class over several semesters and I doubt I gave it the same way on even two of those occasions. I may have answered the same question from different students and I doubt I gave the exact same response to each of them. Memory changes with time and language is imprecise so the odds are you won't get the same answers over a period of time.

@@suspicionofdeceit , Another way to look at it would be memory is a reconstruction of original perception which was a construction to start with. As time passes bits of info get lost and we reconstruct the memory by filling in the missing bits with what makes the most sense at the time we recall the event(s). First off, we didn't have a perfectly constructed event. Then we keep losing bits of the event over time and filling them in with new bits to make sense of what we recall. It's actually kind of amazing we can remember much of anything rather than just start the day fresh like nothing ever happened....LOL

*For those interested in facts* Look at the column just to the left of what the defense claims is the data entered into the browser. It contains the full path to the file and filename of the file where the data was found. All three flies have different names and different paths to get to them. From my experience the user can't access those files on an iPhone without some special tools. Also those files are ALL *very obscure* and wouldn't likely be something the iPhone user could or would know how to manually delete. Apple's logging system creates and deletes files on it's own so I'm guessing the file was likely deleted by the operating system. As for why/when/how the file is created/deleted/updated/modified, I don't really know so it *could* mean something or nothing. BUT I highly doubt a human being manually deleted it.
