Day 14 after Hip Arthroscopy | What to Expect 2 Weeks into Recovery ❤️🩹🦵🏽
Hi, my name is Claire, and I’m vlogging about my hip arthroscopy surgery (pre-op and post-op). In this video, I take you through some of my fourteenth day post-op reflections including a comparison of what I would have done the same and differently, after effects of my leg traction, and a peek at my tree.
My procedure on 12/6/21 repaired left hip femoral acetabular impingement (FAI), Labral tear, and mild capsular laxity.
A few things about me: I live on the North Carolina coast, I am an advocate for all things sustainability, I work in software, and I’m always up for a random health challenge :)

You are awesome. Thanks for sharing. Having my arthroscopy surgery in two weeks. 😀
Taking notes! Left hip Labral repair in 2 weeks, hobbling around in constant pain since last July 🥴🥴🥴Thanks for making these videos!
Just had this same surgery on January 24 2024. I’m 3 weeks post-op. I will be 65 pm May 15 2024 and I’m doing great. Dr told me can ditch my crutches and hip brace on my 4th week post-op which will be Wednesday February 23rd. Im doing great so far.
