Day#12 of uploading my creations till I have a full grasp on the skill
main complaint on this one is that it could be so much better with a bit more time in it but I had a big day and need some rest. I also want to make some changes to how do drums since I myself am a drummer am not a fan of how plain the drums are. some parts also need some adjustments but i have already decided to upload this recording.
this one was some more good practice and is one I'm looking forward to one day improve to a full piece as with a little more mixing and section building i would be very proud of this one.

For drums I find it helpful to use controller pads to lay down the main beat, and then quantize a bit if needed and click in in the backbeat. Then I go and add my fills last after the melody is close to done so it ties in. If you're going for an EDM style though sometimes it's better locking the beat down into cells too, though.
Idk if the video is recorded in mono, but i would strongly recommend some panning.
This gives Bowser's castle vibes and PVZ vibes at the same time for me. I like it.
