Nice job covering up the stumps and building a little berm so the roadway water stays on the roadway. Too bad the owner did not have you pull all of the stumps that remained visible. This was the time to do it. I did not realize that the large orange tube was a sump pit. That system will work great! I think your rough grading is great. A little time to settle and dry out and you can come back and do the finish landscaping, I hope. More great content :) See you on the next project!

Thank you so much for the feedback! 😀 I am not familiar with some of the terms in english, but yes it should work great! Doing it this way with a pump is a good way to prevent water from getting to the foundation if the municipal storm drains gets full and backs up. However if there is a power outage the pump Will not get rid of the water at all.. outages are rare though! Yes, there is still alot of work here. Fence around the yard is to be removed. And top dress with soil and Maybe som stone work. Owner aims to do as much as possible on their own.

@@Stocksten-wl4ey You bet! I think your English is great. Don't be afraid to ask if you don't understand a word. Also, GOGGLE translate is a great tool. I use it all the time with my international friends. JUst highlight the section you want to translate, right click with your mouse, then select "Translate selection to "select your native language" :)
