We had 1 June 2023 planned a year ago to be our leaving date. We stuck to the plan with only 1 day delay, leaving the marina on 2 June 2023. It's one thing to want to do a sailing adventure, it's another thing to organise it and it's a further step to actually do it. It was a painful year of saving money and depriving ourselves of dinners in nice restaurants, going out and having fun, just so we have enough for this sailing adventure.
