These days it will be mostly physical, you will get mail regarding accommodation two days before your onboarding

What is course completion certificate that is mentioned in documents required while doj?it is mentioned in the mandatory documents along with form 11 and so on. Could you please tell me what are the exact documents that are necessary? EPFO, form and other forms?

I think course completion certificate, it's your graduation related, your college will be providing it They would mail you what all documents needed on day-1

Hi, Need help!! I have got an offer letter from Accenture and I've accepted the same. due to some reasons I failed to submit documents on time and my background verification process went on hold. within 2 days of that, I've submitted all of my documents. but after submitting my documents, I haven't heard back from any of the HR. I have tried to connect with a lot of HR including the 2 HRs mentioned in my offer letter. but none of them responding to my calls or my mails. furthermore, even after submitting all the documents, I am getting an automated WhatsApp reminder message from Accenture for documents submission. I don't know what's happening, how to connect with them!! what I need to do now. what will happen to my joining. I don't know anything. and above that, as I had to complete my notice period in my current company before the joining date of Accenture, I have already resigned. now I am in a tense situation. please help 🙏🙏🙏 🥺🥺🥺

@@savipatechzone818 No, Actually after my interview got Cleared, I got 2 mails - one for documents submission like educational degree certificate, previous employers letter of experience, current employers pf statement for background verification. And the other mail contained the offer letter. I accepted the offer letter. And they gave me 3 days to submit the documents digitally. And after 3 days, they sent me an email that my background verification process went on hold due to non submission. Then, I submitted all the documents within the next 2 days.

Mam , they will conduct Primer assessment exam for freshers ?? For non voice process as well ??

Mostly it would be physical onboarding unless your request for wfh is approved by the team. They will be sending you the office location details with which you can confirm

For experienced people also get gear up for day 1 mails? I haven't received yet, my joining is in 1 week. I only received onboarding dashboard mail and for accommodation I am reaching out to HR but he is not responding over calls or mails, what should I do, will I be joining or not, what you think on this. I guess you will be getting mail don't worry, accommodation details you will be getting before two days actually but for experienced candidates they will provide accommodation or not, this is not sure

I guess it would be any technical issue, but anyways try calling talent recruiter and ask them that you are facing this issue, if no contact you have, then mail to the I'd from which you received your offerletter. Keep on mailing frequently until they respond

It would take time please wait for a week or 10days maximum ,if not getting once speak with HR, they will allocate you. Trainings some would be offline and some self learn online it depends on the stream

My onboarding date was on 28 Nov 2023, I got everything cleared but rejected due to discrepancy in Pan Card photo , they said you will get the onboarding delayed and you must wait. can you please address whether it will be surely provided or not ? Please mail to the onboarding team asking for new DOJ. If there is any issue with pancard photo ask them what things you need to do further from your side. If you have any HR contact please ask them

Hello mam, Thank you for such detailed explanation of the onboarding process. In the touchpoint mail, they have given me mandatory that need to be ready on the date of joining. They have given FORM 11, GRATUITY NOMINATIOIN FORM, NOMINATION FORM - EMPLOYEE ROVIDENT FUND . I don't know what those forms are. Do i need to prepare them before date of joining or the company will provide me those forms on the day of joining.

After you submit the touchpoint joining form, they will show you those forms in countdown site, there you can fill those form virtually and then take a printout of it.

As far as I know it won't create any issues. I hope they would ask for an affidavit if required. You can drop a mail to them stating this. Don't worry it won't affect your on-boarding

Hi you will be getting verification update, now a days its bit delayed You can complete primer modules but primer assessment will be after onboarding only. Mostly onboarding will be physical and WFO started

Mostly they dont ask originals, but they advise you to carry original on safer side, in your case if till your DOJ you are unable to get original provisional certificate, then you can carry transcripts and convey them that you haven't received originals

Hi it depends on the problem emergency during training if you get HR and have really emergency problem they could tranfer you. After project allocation if your project is available in your preferred location you can ask them to provide transfer

Hi Praveen, contact position I haven't heard, but if you are new into Accenture and joining into a project they would provide you KT and you can clarify doubts with them, you will have chance to speak with your POC and ask them to provide resources for you to learn skill related courses

Hi, they are releasing batches wise DOJ's last doj is released on diwali, from then no new doj is released, mostly they would be releasing by November or December end

Hi i am from 2023 passed out batch i selected Salesforce in skill survey but i did not received orientation mail of sfdc but one of my frnd who alse selected Salesforce got the mail of Salesforce orientation, so will they shift us in service now.. Please reply 🙏

Hi, it depends because few of the candidates also selected Salesforce but received service now, but let's hope it doesn't happen in your case. But till now it's not sure you get service now.

Hii.. I'm a shortlisted candidate at Accenture after interview. But due to delay in submission of document my application got rejected. But i accidentally applied again and now they are saying that they can't consider me as i applied twice. But i applied after completing 3 months from interview and also because my candidature got rejected. How can i solve this😢?

Hi yes it takes time to get PC from college, they will provide you time for it dont worry, you can tell them your college dint provide Provisional certificate yet, remaining semester result certificates you can show them
