Mom, you did it. Tears came to my eyes seeing mom there, probably remembering all the hard times, the smiles seeing her daughter accomplishments was a tear jerking moment tfor me. Moms understand moms. Thank you mom for being there for your daughter through thick and thin. This make my day.

She just won her 3rd National Championship with the South Carolina Gamecocks 2 days ago. She will be in the Hall of Fame for a 2nd time as a coach as well.

Staley is a great coach, so great we forget about her legendary great playing career and great journey in life.

That's my Coach!! Dawn Staley is the absolute best, and I am so proud of her. So glad that she came to South Carolina to coach our Lady Gamecocks!!

Dawn has always been my favorite. This is the first time I've listned to her story. To God be the glory.

At the 15:38 mark of this video Dawn told her players to stick with her and they would win a National Championship, true to her word tonight that occurred 04/02/2017. I've been a big fan of this woman for a long time so proud of her, she continues to inspire and win big.

Real winners comes from the projects too. Miss Staley seemed to never be comfortable not achiving greater greatness her entire life. She's always strive to go in one direction, which is up! And she'll bring as many as possible along on her bless it journey. I didn't how her history until now. I did know she is the top of what our community has to offer. We are all so proud.

I started watching women' s basketball because of you Dawn Staley, and yes, your steps are divinely ordered, always remember that!!!

It's cool that she mentioned the press in her speech because they loved Dawn! They used to show her giving out work on the courts to men on the news all the time, and that was when they rarely showed high school sports on TV. She killed then, and throughout her career. She was the bomb, but she's still the 2nd best female balla in Philly: the best was Yolanda Laney!!!

I’m often taken aback just a little by the humility and gratitude expressed by so many people who achieve such great heights and honors! It’s inspiring listening to a speech like this and about all of the people who touch the lives of others and contribute to their success. And now, she is paying it forward through her foundation and coaching. Our country needs more and more people like this and Dawn is contributing to the development of more quality young women, and players, with her guidance and the example she sets.

She was a great player and is a great coach. I truly enjoyed watching her play college ball. I also watched her win The National Championship this year.
