Is there any difference in updating davinci resolve 17.0 beta7 version from davinci resolve 17 free version?

To insert an image , can we add it to the same track just like where we added the text effect ?

Can you tell me how to know how long our video is , in davinci resolve 17? In edit page can we see the actual audio length , while we are editing ? The video length shown in davinci resolve 17 is bit confusing ? It is shown as 01:00:04:02. Can you tell me how to read this video length presentation?
