Thanks! PD: This is not related but all of you should know it: Jesuschrist will come very soon, this time to judge the world. Take advantage of the fact that there is still time to get prepared: Go to him, and seek for God, receive Jesus as the savior of your life, repent of evil and stop doing it. Jesus will give you eternal life if you believe in him, but you must prove that with good works, actions ad behavior. The reward will be wonderful. Do not waste this opportunity, Jesus himself paid with his life so that we can save ourselves and have eternal life. God loves you very much, the bible says: “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son of him, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life" Blessings, and he will be waiting for you ❤

Awesome! However, what if you want a shape (in my case, with some opacity, so it's semi transparent), to extend across the whole timeline or most of it? IE, not linked to specific clips? I'm doing this in order to put a fixed opaque box behind all my text captions, without using the fiddly Background feature in the text attributes panel. Thanks!

Thanks for the help man. I'm trying to start my youtube channel and I want to add a fancy, clean, but simple intro for all my videos. The thing is I've never dealt with this kind of stuff before and my pc is pretty fast, but it lacks a good graphics card so everything has turned out to be so frustrating and slow. I've been trying to make something for the last 4 hours and I'm already losing my head here with little to no progress. I wanna be over with this ASAP, but I don't wanna quit. This is my first step towards my goal so I can't quit now. I'll give myself a week or two to work on my first video and then, if can't make by then, I quit, but the first day hasn't even ended so I gotta keep going no matter how depressing and annoying this process can be. Thanks for the help man.

Thank you very much! God loves you very much, the bible says: “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son of him, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life" Blessings, and he will be waiting for you... ❤
