All these music artist like wiz kid , burna boy , rema , fela etc need to do what Davido is doing & call there little part , Afro city …. Tourist from all over will visit the place

Most of the money in overpriced Nigerian real estate is laundered from stolen, looted goverment money due to the level of corruption in Nigeria. The money that built Dubai went into some private pockets in Nigeria and real estate is the only way they launder it. Singapore, Hong Kong, NY, Chicago, LA etc have “hard work” money competing against other “hard work” earned money hence the prices are not overboard. The Chagoury folks that own the place were close buddies of the worst looter in Nigeria’s history, late Abacha. Go figure!

question- The further expansion of eko Atlantic ( phase 4) means no more landmark Beach? Right?

It is like Dubai there will be a beach on both sides with a large lake of sea in between
